I know this has been covered many times, but I do not understand why the Logic Module has to be from an 86-87 GLHS or 87 T-II Daytona/CSX- (thedodgegarage.com). I would like to take the intake manifold, injectors, fuel rail, FPR, throttle body, AIS, TPS, (and maybe the valve cover) from a '92 Shadow at the local junk yard. Based on the info from the Dodge Garage, it looks like I will need to use an 86-87 GLHS computer rather than the Shadow computer. Is this because of changes made throughout the years that would make the computer incompatible with my '85 Daytona? Just trying to understand a little better.
Also, is there anything else I will need to take from the Shadow? I believe the turbo on this car is a Mitsubishi. Does that cause any problems with my conversion? I do not plan on taking the turbo. I was just going to notch my exhaust manifold to make room for the intake manifold.
Thanks.
