First things first. Read this a few times.

You wont find anything for your turbo dodge on summit, jegs or any other performance site like that. Look through thedodgegarage.com and find out where your wastegate actuator arm is on your car.
My guess is, that the end of the rod came off the post on your wastegate and now the turbo isnt running at all.
If thats not it, go ahead and completely check over all your vacuum lines in the car. Ive seen alot of cars that old and alot of there are seriously farmer rigged and half the stuff is hooked up wrong.

i checked that arm coming from the actuator & it's all connected.
