Does anyone have or have a way to get a coolant return line for my Mitsu turbo? The old one spewed but I caught it in the driveway before going anywhere. I can't drive until I can source one. I would buy the kit ($110) but I cannot afford it, I just need a good useable return line with all the normal fittings. Let me know or just point me to a solution. I suppose i could make one? Has this been done before?

Thanks

Is it just the hose along side the head that blew? ... or those crimp bands?
If so, best fix I found was to get a short section of steam cleaner hose from the parts store. That and a couple hose clamps. This stuff is stiff so you might want to microwave is for 30sec before you attempt to put it on.

Well, had a little prob when I tore it all down. The cartrige fitting broke and had to be tapped out. the turbo is fine- has been recovered and tapped, but the fitting is toast as well as the crimp. I may have luck at the JY, but I have no ride there till who knows when. I can only hope one is kicking around at another member's house...

Just bend up some new tube and make the bend with some rubber hose and clamp it good. That's all I did. Cooling system shouldn't go over more than 16psi, a little clamp will work fine. Works good on my car.
