10mm head bolts versus 11mm head bolts??

I've got an 84 turbo head that I want to use on a 87 block. I understand that the 87 block will use 11mm head bolts but the 84 head will use 10mm. Will I have to take a drill bit and slightly bore out the holes in the head to accomodate larger bolts?

The 11mm bolts will fit through the early head just fine, no need to drill.
