I just spent 2 1/2 hours accomplishing this. There has to be a better way to do this. Anybody have any suggestions? One thing I did do was attach a piece of fishing line to the clip when re-installing it in case it fell I'd be able to find it.

The biggest pain is getting the c-clip off the arm. I got it done, but what a pain it was. The one thing I believe is making this worse for me is the bigger compressor housing with the T3/T4.

Still a pain...the dang power steering pump is in the way on that side. I got it from underneath the car.

I could probably try that next time, but since I'm running a hybrid, the bolts hold the can on from behind the compressor housing and are a b**** to get to.

I can access mine, I just can't see it, which makes it very hard to remove/install the clip.
