Hey all, I have a braided stainless line bought from one of our vendors. I have a newer used turbonetics hybrid turbo. The oil feed fitting is different that the oil feed fittings. Look at the picture. The threads start about a good 1/4-1/2 inch down? Someone said to me that these turbos came with a filter that attaches to the housing in this matter. Where can I get one other than turbonetics??? I need one SOON!!!

looks like it may have been designed for something to bolt on the flange there not thread in the hole (like the oil drainback is)

but, I think the hole is threaded for common pipe thread (likley 1/8" NPT) ; you should be able to get a ~1" nipple (male-male) from the hardware store to thread in there, then you would prolly need a coupler (female-female) to convert the nipple to female again then you could prolly attach your SS line

some of these funny "AN" type fittings are stocked at a good auto store where they make hydraulic hoses; but they dont seem to typically carry the smaller sizes we need;

a really good hardware store will have some of the smaller 'AN' type fittings too, as well as the reverse flare stuff like you have in your pic for the water line

You can actually get one through Cindy. It's an oil filter fitting specifically made for the Turbonetics turbos. Dunno how many junior bacon cheeseburgers that'll cost ya though. Don't think they're that expensive.

Cool thanks. Can the filtting be used without the mesh screen filter??? I dont want it to get clogged, and I do not see myself taking the oil feed line off to clean it.

Trying to install a hybrid with the oil filter installed and when I attach the vendor supplied hose it hits the intake. Now what?
