Well.. i'm thinking of using my crank/rod's at least, I know the stroke is less.

I would like to use the rod's but I don't know if I can use the 2.5L N/A's on them as they are floating pin

well dropped it in there, NA parts and all. Until I can afford a good set of pistons it'll have to do.

so who thinks it'll even run?

It's just that stock Mitsubishi TE04H turbo and intake.

Got it in the car, now I need to get it all bolted down and wired up. I feel like such a dumb ass putting the head on before putting it in the car -_-

Well, back to work on it!

I got two bolts in it before I broke one of the mounts from the engine to the trans housing. Kinda pissed me off, then I striped the bolt under the starter.

hooked all the water lines up and took the drain plug out (make sure there was nothing wrong there..) No water came out of the oil pan.

Got tired of working with that head in there, so I pulled it and #2 and #3 were full of water.

So in the morning I'm pulling out the 2.5 and rebuilding my 2.2 back up. Trading the set of 2.5 pistons for two 2.2 mahle piston's

Bought a head dirt cheap, also from a TD'r

hey youve got my cars twin

i see yours still has most of the white paint stuck to it.

the body looks solid and the one rim in the picture looks great.
as for the engine, i don't think i've ever seen such a sad looking motor.

I like your car!

Yeah engine has seen better days. When I assemble it this time, it's going to be cleaned.
