as was said, you dont have to cap that solenoid.

also, a MBC works best when the lines are kept as short as possible (if you want your MBC inside the car dont use a lot of extra tubing keep it short as possible), and as small as possible, preferably small diameter ridgid plastic tubing or even small diameter copper tubing. dont go using 1/4" diameter fuel line, or that big soft vacuum tubing stuff.
