Max boost on 2.5/w/s60 turbo

Ive got the large can wastegate shimmed out tight and my blow off valve plugged and my max boost with a open dump is 25 psi.
Anybody else max theres out to see what they could get ?
Id even be interested to know what people have gotten out of there 2.2/s60

Mine has almost pegged the 30psi by accident- for a few seconds. It blew the grainger valve line off. Egts went to 1600+ for a split second.
I am still playing with my setup and trouble shooting some cal issues.

Do you have a well ported head and other goodies? I am running a +1mm exhaust valve setup, diy porting de-shroud, slight port on the intake runners and a ported exhaust manifold, 3in Tu swingvalve and mandrel 3 pipes all the way through a round 3 dynomax. I will do some dyno runs this saturday.

I thought it would hit 30 psi but I did do some porting so maybe I did a better job than expected or my turbo is on its way out it sure pulls like a mofo at 25 psi perfect afr and egt, only thing i dont have is a 3 inch swingvalve and my intake is stock 1 piece untouched.
one thing I find odd is that I have a 3inch downpipe with a cutout on the end and a 2.5 inch exhaust with no muff and opening the 3 inch dump only gives me 1 psi extra boost.
Cant wait to see those dyno numbers

I have a dump and want to do back to back runs corked and uncorked, also will try 15psi 20psi 25psi and then dump.
