The most I was ever able to get out of my mitsu was a19psi spike and then it settle in to about 17.5psi. That was through a stock tII intercooler. Be warned, when going over the stock cut limit (14.5psi) make sure to add fuel or you wont have an engine to add boost to. I suggest reading more on the dodgegarage, there is also a step by step performance guideline on turbominvan.com and check out gusmahon.org for more info too.

prob not the best idea.
From what Ive read here, 15Pounds or over requires more fuel to make sure you dont run lean/HOT and break stuff.
Id set boost at 14 max unless you've modded to compensate for lack of fuel at those high levels.
For now Im leaving 15PSI cut in (for safety)till Im ready to add more fuel.
just some thoughts......
