found these 2 turbos for sale locally here.
guy says they are garret T3's with new bearings and impellers

"These are the nice turbos, with ball bearings, there heavy duty turbo's and they will last for a very long time. There are a few numbers on them the A/R number is A/R 1.3 2, and there is a M11 by the air intake. The turbo reads AiResearch T3 on the side"

can pick them both up for $500
work for race applications maybe?
I've never seen a T3 or T4 with that large of a compressor.

Unless you have a BIG V8, those are useless to you.

so this is actually a T3? with a insanely large compressor?
never knew they made one with a A/R over 1 lol.
and are they actually ball bearing?
so I coud bolt on a T4 housing and impeller and be set?
with a ball bearing turbo.
doesn't seem a bad deal for $500 for 2 of them with new bearings and impellers.
buy a couple T4 housings and impellers and have turbos for both my vehicals.
hmm what to do....

do you have a compressor map for them? if not, it is very hard to tell what they could be used for.
a "good deal" turbo isnt a good deal if you end up spending more trying to build the rest of your setup to fit it.

Looks like T4 compressor side mate with T3 turbine side, probably have some kind of external wastegate setup.

That compressor housing can't belong to the rest of that turbo
the intake alone is bigger than the rest of the turbo lol.
i'd bolt that to my engine just to see what it would do heh.

hmm somethings odd here cause the guy is now selling the turbos with the same discription but exactly the opposite housings it seems.

I think I'm gonna call him and find out whats up heh.
