Max t1 Boost? Stock Boost? and other questions

No it dosnt run I was told it was the timeing becouse he replaced all of the upper gaskets including the head gasket so it is probly that...it has a Mopar performance cam tranz was rebuilt 3 years ago and its had seat covers on it its hole life..I only payed 300 dollers I thought i got a great deal but im new to 2.2 turbo cars..
