im having problems with my bleeder valve, i either get no boost or i get max boost but cant seem to get it adjusted were i want it. How should i run my vacum lines.

hes talking about a valve that disrupts the boost signal to the wastegate so it boosts more.

mbc's used to be called "bleed valves" due to them being just simple adjustable restrictor valves. nowadays we know better and use ball and spring type pressure relief vales aka grainger valves due to their more precise control.
