besides the ones previously Mentioned
also check out
turbominivan.com
minimopar.net
most the info they have is from Gus's thedodgegarage site but still good reading.
thedodgegarage is like a TD bible
after you done reading all you can, go check out the vendors that deal in TD's
3barracing.com
forwardmotioninc.com
********************
fwdperformance.com
and there's more listed under vendors in the forum
and pretend you have unlimited funds and select all the best of the best products then sit there and wish you could actually "proceed to checkout".
I know I can't be the only one that has done that?¿? lol

ya starting with a "grainger" or boost bleed is where you'd start.
then you Intercool and Up the boost a little more.
then you really start having the fun. bigger turbo, alcohol/methanol injection, extra injectors ect. ect.. ect.. all in the name of more boost
then you blow a piston, have to rebuild and toss in a few performance mods along the way ported head, manifolds, removing balance shafts.

have fun with your New TD, just be carefull and run the good gas. it's more expensive but still cheaper than buying a new set of pistons.

BOV is in the airbox at the bottom. you can move it to the outside so you can hear it
just need to put a little filter on the end.
and plug the hole in the airbox left when you removed the BOV
be carefull with the little disk looking checkvalve on the little line on the front of the airbox that goes to the BOV inside the Airbox. it'll snap off the ends the instant you start trying to pull the line off.
I wouldn't even try to pull it off, I'd just cut the line off the ends(I broke 2 in a row)
it's a nice free modification. doesn't do anything to make more power but it sure does sound good. vroom Pshhhh. vrooom PSHHhhhh. lol

Edit: PS how about some pictures we love pictures

W.F.O ?
E-brake is mounted in center consol isn't it?
if so theres probaly a nut on the end of the cable with the handle you just tighten to get the e-brake to hold. they don't run off fluid.
and the BOV is just hooked to the intake.
opens when you close the throttle and there is vacuum.

Wide F*kin Open, thanks for the bov help, the e brake is by the clutch pedal and on the rear calipers theres just leavers the cables goto and they move freely and with the caliper off moving the lever the piston doesent move...i'm thinking they run by fluid..i had a honda like that..

WFO Wound Flat Out?
Wide F'n Open?
Wide Full Open?
i'm assuming one of the above. lol
really should add a acronym section in the FAQ on this site.

FWIW the BOV on TD's is a POS IMHO
IIRC the FMIC from a DSM will fit easy enough with a BFH.... lol
I think I've spent more time looking up the acronyms used on this forum than finding answers to my mechanical questions.

I couldn't remember if my old TD had a handbrake or the pedal kind.
never seen one that's ran off of fluid, but I guess it could be.
have you tried tightening the nut on the equalizer where the 2 rear cables meet under the passenger side near the back of the door?
oh well, I guess keep us posted I'd like to know what you find out in the end

Dude Why don't you start a thread of your own on this. This thread has nothing to do with brakes. When you do list year make and model. Most year parking brakes are mechanical but I believe there was a year or 2 that did use the calipers for it. See you in that thread.

actually it's not like we're thread crapping or anything.
the guy that started this thread took my suggestion and started a thread under "help"
and yes I could suggest that to shelbyclint, but then he would have to read all your suggestions that might actually provide him usefull information, instead of mine as I have no relevant experiance. lol
ok ok you win. DIE THREAD DIE DIE DIE.
I'll check up on your thread in the "help" section Clint.

I'm not thinking of it as thread crapping but people who answer have differant experiances the ones looking here are looking at a boost problem. The people who know brakes may not come here. I'll go look for his thread.
