hey guys iam not new at this stuff. but i was woudering what u guys think of this set up iam going to be makeing a custom intake mani ill be puting on a 75mm tb body and moveing it over to the passenger side. i will also be makeing the exh mani. ill be runing a custom cal with +40s afpr and a 75 shot of nos and the motor has alot of work done to it.so let me know if u think this will good or have any ideas that may work better

but when its done i think its going to be fast

Will the manifold be a pulsed manifold to take advantage of the split scroll the HX35 has?

If so...go for it.

i can tell you from experience that even a 70mm tb is waaayyyy too big for an engine of this size, what do you hope to gain besides absolutely no throttle control?

yes the manifold will be a pulsed and for a tb body iam not suer on what size i really want i just put that down cuz thats what i really wanted to run but if it work can someone tell me what would work best on this set up

unless youre flowing enough air for over 500 hp (maybe even more than that) I dont see a need to go over 65mm. even up to 300 or 400 hp 60mm should be plenty.

<--made around 400 @ the wheels w/ a 52mm tb....srt-4 though


That is a pretty serious turbo (70+lbs/min)

yeah i myself only have a 56mm on my merkur with the holset. i do want to move up to a 60mm, but not more than that.

thanks guys for all ur help and ill get pics up as soon as i can walk i had 3 of my toes cut off at work ****ing oil rigs any ways i hope to have pics up soon and thanks for all ur help.
