HE351VE good for anything?

I just got a HE351VE really cheap and in really good shape. Dont know to much about these but pretty sure they are coming on some of the new 6.7s, and are some sort of electronic VNT. Is there anyway to manually control these turbos? Thanks if anyone knows more than me!

If you can figure out how to control it, it'll work, but thats the problem i've read several places, its not exactly as simple. If its cheap enough, get it, resell it on Ebay or something.

Yeah, it would be an awesome turbo if I could figure out how to control it. Im thinking it might go up on ebay, and just get me a norm hy35. Thanks!
