I've ran the following turbos on my minivan:
Turbonetics Super S T4OB with .63 turbine housing and Stage III wheel - 12.91 (completely stock engine and stock cal with +40's and rising rate regulator)
Turbonetics Super 50 trim with .63 turbine housing and Stage III wheel - 12.69 (mods added: mildly ported G head and Gary's cal)
Precision Turbo SC50 ballbearing with .63 turbine housing and Stage III wheel - 11.97 (mods added: fresh stock short block,5 psi more boost,Cindy's fuel rail, two piece intake, adj. cam pulley,52mm throttle body, ported exhaust manifold, underdrive pulley,no power steering, manual valvebody,3.22 final drive,FM convertor, some weight reduction and an external 255 hi-pressure fuel pump)
If I were in your shoes I'd probably get the standard journal bearing 50trim. I'd run the Stage II turbine wheel if the van will see a bunch more street miles than strip time or the Stage III if the van will see more strip time than street miles
Good Luck!
