my brother has some in some of his engineering books, and talking to a Garret rep, they are available.....

the problem is getting a part number that is useful to him. Knowing the housing is off a t3 60 trim and has a a/r of .48 or .63 is no use to him, he needs a garret PN.

I gave him all the cast in #'s, no dice. He said there should be a tag on one of the bolts or something, but I don't see anything yet.

Anyone else ever try to get these maps?

If that's true, does anybody have the cliff-notes version of the article??

I've recently seen some data that makes me think that the commoon thinking behind turbine matching for our cars is sorta wrong. Especially regarding housing AR.

From what I've seen, if I'm interpreting the data correctly, going to a .63AR is not a good idea on most 2.2's, and especially on most 2.5's. Which is completely contrary to common sense and common beleif.

Based on Gary Donovan's dyno tests, it seems a .63 housing is the BEST thing you can do. You want that exhaust to flow.

Where can I see the results of his tests?

Is it on the R&D list or something?

again, I'm talking about the HOT side. I know how to read a compressor map and do math on that side.

I'm actually looking for this info for those exact ford pieces, so that was a great lead with the PN's!

no, it's not for my TD :P
