Looks great.

I suspect you will have less issues with surge than I had with my twin turbo on the 8 valve engine.

I'd love to hear/see more about that project for sure!

I'm excited, apprehensive, and a little scared of my project and I would love to hear from others that have tried similar setups.

For starters, I do know that the firing order is 1-3-2-4 so because the manifold is designed the way it is to 'work' but not provide evenly pulsed exhaust flow for the turbines.... with that said, on with the pics!

Exducer bores:

O2 flange ported to match a 3" housing:

Runners (you can see in runner #2 where a 'diverter' was installed to help guide exhaust flow to the new secondary turbine):

I'd love to hear about people's thoughts and feedback!

Took a nice look at your site. Nice results for sure. Definately unique fab work for these setups

I saw boost at 15psi when you were single turbo, what did you run with twins? Any dyno results?

The twins only went up to 24 psi. Over 24 psi, I had surging issues. Never dynoed it.

I have surging issues with TE04H's on a 2.5 16 valve at all but WOT. Don't know about max boost, and I think the TT SRT-4's didn't have surge problems with stock turbos. Did you look into the ones someone was making on SRT forums? They recast a manifold for the second turbo, ended up much like yours.

Finally have some progress

Yes, I have seen some of the work on the srtforums and I made this one because I didn't like the design of theirs.... I don't believe it was recast though as I'm pretty sure it is welded as mine is.

I haven't heard about much of any surge issues in twin form, but some in single (insty-spool) situations.

That is the reason I made the kit.... I can tell by looking at that pic that DCR has never designed a collector in his life. The inclusion angle of the manifold (post exducer bore) is terrible and actually has the exhaust flow directed partially AGAINST eachother, not good for best performance.
