I hope it works well for you. Since it was"cheap" did you make it yourself?

Yes, all the work outside of the welding was done by me. I had a reputable racing shop do the welding for me. These manifolds are not cast iron and are high nickel content steel (Ni-Resist). Maybe someday I will get a welder and start to tinker.
I'll post up more pics once it is ported and coated too.
I'm hoping for ~350-380whp on pump and ~440whp or more with racegas. The key is I want to have my spool be decent and I'm hoping it will be able to hit full spool by ~3500rpm considering I have full spool by ~2200rpm with a single stocker... time will tell

VERY NICE, I am jealous that it is for the DOHC head rather then the 8V 2.2/2.5 head. Kinda makes me want to see what it would look like in the car, and I agree with the orange, it looks awesome. BTW what color is the car it is going into. But the TD04 setup reminds me of the M4S PPG car that had twin turbo's on it and I think that they were T25's. But cant wait to see more pics.

This is going on a black ACR SRT-4 and I have been trying to keep a black/chrome/orange theme so the manifold will match everything When possible, I will go for something that looks good, but at heart I'm all about the performance side over the esthetic's... it's why I drive a neon afterall

I like the black/orange though, kinda rings a go mango and black stripes kinda effect. But post pics of the car as soon as possible. I would like to see it.

For heat, it's not as bad as you would think. One turbo at 20psi will be throwing out a fair amount of hot air to be intercooled, but two at ~15 will need to be cooled less and provide more power than a single at 15psi. Remember that 15psi on a TD04 turbo is significantly less CFM than 15psi on a gt35R.
For the plumbing aspects, I am actually doing a splice into my current hot side pipe, and having a custom cold air intake made so both turbos will have fresh air.

Wow, that is a gorgeous car. I am not the biggest fan of the neon (still kinda sore on the phasing out of the early TD's) But I really like the look of that thing, very clean.

Same here i am not crazy about Neons but SRT-4 have something special regular Neons doesnt have. I really like the one you got very nice and is it a real ACR? I know that theres a Viper ACR out there very similar to your Neon, exact same rims, same color, ACR logo placed on the same spot WoW you got a really nice beauty my friend and those TTs would make that car like a freakin rocket, excellent job

thanks for the compliments. I really do love my car and try to keep it 'clean'.
Yes, this is a real ACR and this option for the SRT-4 and the Viper ACR were the only two dodge cars to ever have this. For the SRT-4 it adds the 16" bbs rims, full sized spare tire, beefed up sway bars, 5-way adjustable tokico struts, viper inspired seats with harness slots (standard srt viper seats don't have the slots), and the badging on the doors and stitching on the seats. All in all, it's a handling package and well worth it in my opinion. I did manage to pickup one 5-point harness out of a 97 viper acr so I have a harness with matching acr logos as well, I just wish I could get another one for the $45 I paid for the one I have... I went looking for another one for my passenger side and even used ones are at $800.... yuk!

One step closer!
