whats the advantage of going to the 3 bar sensor over the stock one

It's almost that simple.... You would need a computer recalibrated for the 3-bar map as well.

The advantage is You can run boost up to 29 psi and the calibrration will compensate for it. No need for a rising rate reg and adj FPR (good to have one anyway).

If you are not looking to run big boost (more than 20 psi...) I wouldn't do it

A 3bar map sensor *allows* a stock computer to see over 14.7 psi, the reprogramming of the computer *allows* it to take advantage of the sensor.

From there you need extra fuel to support the higher boost levels and the stock injectors are pretty much maxed out.
