im wondering....when i yanked my turbo out the turbo was bad which i knew but here i found the actuator wasnt even hooked up either due to person before me....or??? but what damage can this cause or? would it just run strauight exhaust?? i just figured id ask.........

By actuator, you mean the arm from the wastegate can to the wastegate?

I've had them pop off several times. There is supposed to be a retaining clip of sorts, but I've always just bent them towards the waste gate a bit and they stay in place.

It won't HURT anything, but you won't get much if any boost at all.

ok thats what i figured but i wanted to make sure this wasnt what led to the demise of the turbo itself since the exhaust side is snapped completely off the shaft lol
