I'll be getting a Ford Probe IC, with all the hoses and BOV. Does anyone know if the BOV is any good? What will it hold?

Wow... the probes in/out pipes are tiny! Maybe I won't use that one. But hasn't anyone used the Probe's BOV? Any idea if it's any good?

I had one I pulled when I got the probe ic too. Hooked it up and it wouldn't even hold 9psi. Making it a pos in my book. I hooked up the stock dodge one ( modifying the ic hose to accept the bov.

Don't want you to get the wrong idea I'm not saying the ic is apos just the bov. If you want a really loud bov get the HKS RFL. It's an attention getter for sure. Chris

Actually the Probe BPV is quite good, mine held 15psi for 2yrs before I got a RFL. You must have just gotten a bad one to begin with.

The Probe uses a Bypass system, not a BOV (although you can "modify" one).
