I bought a GLHt T2 with a garret T3/T4 just had the turbo rebuilt and now I have only 9psi of boost. I think the rod was bent as I had about 18 psi Before the rebuild. In the car is a manual boost controller but it is not hooked up, so I was looking into hooking it up. But so far the sites say no.

I have the "variable boost controller one" in the car. But this site and the second one below say to use with a dual port actuator. Just curious but why?

I have only a single port actuator that goes to the factory vacumm thing with a filter and then the hose to the manifold.

The description here says to be used with a dual port Actuator

If you want a MBC, just get a Grainger valve, cheap & easy.

I just thought I would be able to use the one in the car already. Would be handy to adjust it in the car as that is where it was mounted.
Thanks
