yep, it sounds like the turbo is gone. do you have access to your turbo, is it removed? If so, you should see the oil/coolant in the swing valve, exhaust side, and/or intake side. You will also see it in the down pipe.

well it has coolant and oil that go to the turbo the oil lubes the bearing and the coolant cools it off so i guess it could happen But I am not sure this is why I am posting for any one to give info on this issue I am haveing

The only way the turbo would leak water is if the housing just suddenly cracked while driving down the road witch is not likely, and it would probobly send water into the oil or just leak externally.

Can you post a pic of the headgasket ? Other than that we're just speculating it could be a cracked head, block, headgasket, warped head.

It would have been a good idea to pressure test it before you took it apart

Have to say I agree with Jim34, I went through this about 5 years ago with my 88 daytona shelby, and mine ended up being the oil in the turbo-but when looking into the cause of the smoke, i was assured by numerous sources that it would be virtually impossible for it to be an internal leak of antifreeze in the turbo-JMO, but the headgasket and head/block should be checked out thoroughly before you come to the conclusion that it has anything to do with the turbo.
