Like so

Make sure you hook it up in the right direction.

When you shorten the valve it will give more boost.

I'm guessing your talking about a "Manual Boost Controller". Pardon me if that's not what your talking about.

It's as simple as that. Hook the Grainger valve exactly as shown (make sure the hole is on the proper side, then Plug off the old lines that were connected to the turrrrrrrrrBa

I was stumped too at first when I had to install it. But I think your making it seem harder than it is. (I did this too, I was too scared I'd mess it up).

take the hose off the bottom of the turbo, plug that hose with a screw.

Take the hose of the wastegate, now plug that hose with a scew.

now connect the grainger from the wastegate, to the bottom of the turbo. Making sure the elbow with the breather hose is on the wastegate side.

This setup is the easiest one. Don't worry about the other ways. Me and lots of other people have it hooked up this way and it works great.

yeah yesterday i was checking all my vacum lines... i see the vacum nipple w/ the line on the compressor house... so i use that then on the waste gate i see the nipple also.. i followed the longes line over to the passenger side onto a solenoid on the pass fender, then i accidently broke the line in 2 LOL. so i had to fix it.. but the line coming off the waste gate has 2 outlets off the line.. one goes to the solenoid and i think another goes to the turbo??? i cant remember lol ill have to look at it again. but with the G valve that solenoid will be completely elimintated right? should i disconnect the wiring harness to it? and just take the line off and plug the solenoid?

OH NM LOL i read ur post again... just take the hoses completely off the nipple on the turbo and waste gate... and just run a hose off the turbo nipple to the bottom of the g-valve then on the other end of the G valve with a hose to the nipple on the waste gate?? and just plug those hoses? or just completely eliminate them???
