What should i do to me turbo?

OK guys, Here I am, aksing a few questions about me turbo..

I have a 1984 Lebaron Turbo (2.2)

Here are the mods that are being done..

2.5" Exhaust strait back (done)
Intercooler (not shur on what one but im still looking)
Log to Blow Through conversion
5th injector (or if i find a good deal on +20% or 40%)
Cold Air Intake (done)

I see alot about New Wheels anf Housings for the Turbo...As im still new to the turbo side of things, this is where i need help with.

This is going to be my lil sleeper, you know, to whooop up on all those rich kids with there imports that mom and dad bought em in my part of tow.

Im looking for low 13's mid 12's out of the car. As i loved riding in my dads 440 6pack

Im still working on the Cooling system as of now, getting new water pump, all new lines, and what not (all still good, but i dont want them to go bad, at a bad time) So I have a lil time to get things strait.
