Full boost in higher gears only?

When standing on it in the lower gears (1st & 2nd) I only get 9-10 psi, 3rd & 4th I get the 14 psi the LM is programmed (FWD perf. recal) to give me. Is this due to the LM program or what? Do I need to grainger this thing? Will it spool faster with a grainger?
Please give me your recommendations,

Odd, i am having the exact opposite problem! i get 14-15psi in 2 and 12psi in 3 10psi in 4.... maybe its because of my vaccume leak...
I have heard it will spool faster grangiered. hopefully someone can shed some light on this our problems
