Well... It seems as though my car isn't pulling near as hard as it used too... I can still hear the turbo.... my car is completely stock... Maybe its just me but...

Is there anything I can check?

Other than shaft play, maybe noticing more lag and full boost is being attained, no.

Maybe pull the hoses to the turbo and check for shaft play, as well as maybe see how hard (or not) it is to turn. I don't know if checking the oil and coolant lines will tell you much (unless they are dry inside). The other thought that occurs is that maybe your wastegate is opening too soon for some reason, or the computer is detecting detonation and restricting your boost level...

Hope it helps...

If it sounds like the fast and the furious when you drive, maybe your hose has came off your turbo. When that happens it gets REALLY loud cuz its tryin so hard to get the boost to the intake.
