Raising boost

Hi

Is this cut-out raiser good to raise boost in my '91 dodge spirit?

And is it good to about 13-14psi? Do I install it between turbo and wastegate or how??

You don't want the cutout raiser, you want the boost controller. Go back to the main page and you'll see it. There are instructions that come with the unit when you recieve it. I use the same one, and it will work very well on your application. And you can run almost any amount of boost you want with it, it's adjustable. But on your stock motor, 13psi will be a blast. Just make sure you use 91+octane gas!!!!
