I just put the turbo back on my engine after it being off for nearly a year. Do I need to "prime" it with lubricant to help prevent damage when I first fire it up? If so, how is this done?

Just pull the plugs and crank the engine until you see oil pressure. Then install plugs and boost away.

Can you just disconnect your injector harness?? Thats what I did when I primed my new turbo.

I am guessing that as long as the turbo isn't actually spooling at all during it's first dose of oil you are fine - however you want to keep the cylinders from firing is fine I imagine. I imagine doing the harness & the plugs would be best to keep from flooding the engine with gas =)
