Well, I replaced the lines and filter last fall... but it never used to do this until I install the g-valve. Could my BOV be venting?

Not sure about the full boost thing, but a part throttle shuttering would be from the hall effect wheel in the distributor. Take the cap off and check the metal shutter wheel, see if its come loose on the plastic base plate its riveted to. You will know if its loose cause you can physically rotate it a couple degrees back and forth and see the plastic base stay in place.
