New Turbo Daytona Owner Hello fellow Turbo Dodge owners. I am new to the forum. I have a 1986 Dodge Daytona Turbo Z 2.2 T1. I know absolutely nothing about turbo's, and that's why I joined. Hopefully to learn from the expertise of the turbo owners on this forum. Currently, water is seeping out of #3 spark-plug. I bought a complete head, manifold, and turbo, but..the seller forgot to tell me that this was a T2 setup for my T1. Well, first lesson learned. What do I need to trun my T1 into a T2, since I already have the about T2 items.

Thank to all.......Turbo Daytona Z

*** I would love to take my engine/tranny out - swap my tranny for an A568 and rebuild the engine with some stronger parts =) But I don't know much about pulling an engine except to disconnect everything and lift it out... and other than that I am sure I would mess something up =)

dropping the motor really isnt bad at all... i found it is easier to drop it out the bottom of the car... it can be done in a little over an hour once you get used to what all needs to come out or get disconnected...
