TTT is a way of bringing a post 'To The Top' of the list after it slowly drifts down due to a lack of response. It took me a bit to figure it out as well.

Now then, I think a top mounted intercooler is a bad idea. You'd need a cowl hood with at least a 3 or 4" cowl bulge. Have you ever had your hood up after some normal driving and felt how hot the valve cover got? I think an intercooler sitting above it would be heat soaked pretty bad. Not to mention it'd be tough to get some air flow through it.

Instead, why not dual intercool your car with two smaller intercoolers mounted each side of the radiator core support bar. Or cut the core support out and put one large intercooler in there and then find a way to build a different support to re-enforce the hood latch area.

Or....get a longer, narrow intercooler like an SRT-4 has and put under the front bumper behind the facsia. Be creative...

there is room in a shadow for a nice frontmount...bill baker has a big npr in his...i have a small npr in mine...I'll take some pics if i can...i'd stay away from top mounted if you can and figure out how to get a front mount...with time you can get it to work out.
