Everyone refers to a good turbo as spinning freely. I just got a turbo from one of the folks here (free, gotta love this board). Not to look a gift horse in the orifice, but it's costing me over $300 to have it put in and I wanted to assure myself that it will function. There is no shaft play, but when I turn it there is a very small amount of resistance. When I stop turning it, it stops (doesn't coast, if you know what I mean). Is that okay? Thanks.
