Never noticed the car doing this before, but it's recently started getting into boost if I rev it up good in N. I hit about 5psi. I think I could've hit more, but I didn't wanna break it lol

What's up with this?

That is odd, needs load to boost. Like the load of working to move the car. I can get mine right to zero but that is it. I read somepace that the turbo chryslers/dodges were limited by the logic module on boost till the car was going a certain rpm (don't rember how many)@ 5-10 mph or more. Trying to prevent people from damageing the transmission. However that was pertainiing to t-1 cars. Don't know about others.

Check vacuum lines would be my sugestion. Codes?

Normal, especially if you have intake and exhaust mods. Our turbos spin even at idle, so that helps too. I noticed that after I installed a "D-valve" I could very easily build up to around 5-7 psi revving while parked. Kinda pointless, but no worries. It doesn't take that much revving to get the BOV chirping at idle either.

I believe it is off a tooth or 2, but it's been that way since I've had it and this just started

Should I even be worried about this boost issue?

I you know the timing belt is off, I wouldn't worry about the boost issue. I would worry about the timing belt being off, though.
