2.6 Mitsu turbo help needed

I have the 2.6 engine with auto trans in my aries and I want to add the mitsubishi TD05 turbo from the starion/conquest. Its carbureted and I'm also getting a starion exhaust manifold.

I do not yet know if the block will have a plug for the oil line and if not I'm thinking of running an independant oiling system for the turbo using an electric pump with a homemade timer. Also, if I have an independant oil system on a timer, do I need to keep the engine idling after a run to keep the cooling system flowing or is oil circulation all thats needed?

It seems like the stock starions did NOT use a BOV ever and I'm wondering if I should have one installed.

I also do not know the boost level the wastegates are set at, does anyone know? I would also like to hear your views on the maximum allowable boost levels that a stock engine with 8.2 CR will be able to take and if I'll have problems with exhaust valve burning after 60K.

For intake piping should I use pvc or abs pipe?

I'm planning on having these gauges installed:
oil pressure @ turbo inlet
exhaust temp @ turbo ex. inlet
boost pressure @ carburetor inlet
cooling temp @ riser outlet
