Turbo Conversion.

Does anyone out there know if I could convert my 2.2 Auto, to a 2.2 Turbo...its a 4 door omni hatch back...is there enough room, between the firewall, and the back of the engine?

You could, but it would be easier to find a turbo car. You'd have to swap the wiring harness, fuel tank, fuel lines, engine, etc. Your tranny probably wouldn't be up to the turbo engine either.

it'd be useless to turbo an N/A engine. they are built so much weaker than a turbo engine. Only way to do it is to find a donor car with a nasty body and swap in everything

Fuel Line

then all them cool lil' hop ups we do!
