Att Turbo G0DS!!! HELP PLEASE!!!

I got my 2.5 T bottom end at the machine shop.
Just getting it polished up and assembled with new rings, pistons and bearings.

The guy tells me I should change my cam and crank gears??
I have never heard of this before...

Also what brand of pistons, rings and bearings should I use.

He priced me out the following

clevite rod bearings $32
clevite main bearings $55
sealed power moly rings $110
Mahle pistons $116 for 4

I need input fast..thanx in advance...dan

Tell him it uses a timing belt and doesn't need new cam or crank "gears" unless they have physical damage.

All good parts, make sure they don't get sealed power pistons when you not looking, hyperutectic suck.
