I had an Audi 5000 intercooler in my 91 shadow. It was a decent size and cooled well. It fits snuggly between the front airdam and the bumper, right in the opening between the foglights. And the intakes were both on the same size which made plumbing the thing quite easy. I ran 20 psi through it know problem.

Used a large Volvo, mounted between the radiator support and the bumper cover. Turned it upside down and ran the hoses under the radiator support. Now I have one out of a Freightliner, that installation wasn't as easy :big grin: .

I have one in my Shadow.
Take a look at a few pictures, it is a Spearco Intercooler.

I forgot, I had some pictures of the Freightliner intercooler installation. It's a tight fit. Here's the link, hope it helps. www.geocities.com/guyd_15/photopagesundance.html
