Just wondering what the largest turbo is that people are using on street driven cars. I have seen some 60-1 hybrids, but I'm not sure if they are street driven or not.

Do you know what trim it is?

Is anyone here using one of the newer GT turbos? I have been thinking about trying a GT30, and am wondering how it compares to what others are using. I know most people are using T3/4 hybrids, but I am looking to see what some of the odd balls are running.

Now when you say "full TO4E" you mean on the exhaust side, too?

Yes compressor and turbine sides are both from a TO4E

It spools good, some said I wouldn't have full boost till second gear (auto)
I can powerbreak it at 3100rpm to about 7-9psi instantly
If I'm at staging lights for more then a few secons then the boost starts climbing 12-14-16 ect..
From what I can tell I've got full boost (20-25psi) shortly after 4,000
I've been trying to concentrate on too many things and I'm not 100% on an actual full boost number
I think it'll spool a little faster once I have everything dialed in
I've noticed a big difference going from the super60 cal. to Gary D.'s cal. with the way it responds

I can't imagine it spooling much quicker, as I'm having traction issues as it is.

12.61@115 single intercooler air-water, super60 cal.
12.41@120 dual intercooler air-water, Gary's cal. with a lot more tire spin

I am building an 16V Omni with a Holset turbo from a dodge cummins PU. If needs be I'll use NOS to spool the darn thing, but I wanna see what it does.
