Engine: 2.5 inter. t2
Induct: Turbo
1/4: 0.000

If the rod is too rusty to adjust but looks almost all the way extended, would it not spool as quick???????????? and w/o boost cont. i only hit 7psi with open exhaust and intercooled???

may have a broken wastegate, great time to convert to a Garret!

If the thing is all the way out holding open the wg door the thing is toast.
