I have a turbo that i got a year ago, and i dont know what it is. It is from some chrysler turbo car. On the compressor housing has raised lettering that says "Garrett .42 a/r" big reason im asking is because i want to rebuild it and i dont know if its a t3 t04....in fact i dont know what any of that means. So what is this, and where can i buy new bearings n stuff for it. I dont want a center section, just rebuild.
thanks,
geoff

sounds like a regular garret T3 from a chrysler t1 car. look for a rebuild kit for a garrett t3.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

One question, are the bolt holes for the turbine housing square or is one of them "offset"?

Well, its definitely a Chrysler Garret T03.

Question 2

Does it have bolt holes on the compresser housing where the filter would be attached or is it just a "tube" for a hose?
