Lots of good info and reading
Before you start making any real power get a good boost gauge and Exguast Gas Temp (EGT) gauge
Our cars choke on the exhaust side
So ported exhaust manifold, garrett turbo (or S60 with .63 a/r exhaust), 2.5" swingvalve, minimal 2.5" exhaust or some like to step right up to 3"
Put at least a long runner 1 piece intake on (requires 2 wires to be added for the AIS and a computer change) While your changing the computer get a Mopar Performance CSX stage II computer and some 20%+ injectors, bleed the boost up to 18-19 psi, put at least 1 factory I/C (intercooler) up in the front, or get one from an Iszu NPR or ford powerstroke or something (in low boost form 1 I/C is good but the I/C cores are very restrictiveand great gains when approaching 300+ can be had with an upgrade to 2 factory I/C's or switching to a high flowing unit)
This should get you into some trouble and put you right where you want to be, keep an eye on your EGT's and do a few other things and you'll be set
