cummins ic in a shadow

I am thinking of putting a cummins ic in my shadow. it doesn't have an intercooler right now, and i figure that since i'm getting a new one it might as well be big. anyone installed these in a shadow? any advice/tips? also does the cummins ic flow enough? will i be losing pressure or cfm if i go this big on a stock 2.5L w/ a mitsu turbo? if not, any recomendations on cheap old ones (isuzu, volvo, probe?) i don't know much about intercoolers, but bigger always seems to be better. is the spearco really worth the extra $400? i plan in doing engine work in a few years and am looking to make around 300hp ~25 psi when i'm done. thanks.

I currently have a cummins core for mine thatI am getting end caps made for. From my measurments it will fit between the bumper supports and the piping will probably have to go underneath the frame. I don't know how big the factory end tanks are but I would think they would fit. Right now I just have a factory dodge intercooler and that is fine for my garrett at 14 psi so a cummins will be more than enough for your mitsu. You might have to up your fuel pressure a bit to compensate for the added density of air going into the engine. I found mine ran a little leaner after I added the intercooler b/c the 2.5l t1 ectronics don't have any intake charge temp sensor programing. But for the most part you should be ok.

I stuffed a big intercooler into my shadow. It requires special tools.
