I had the T1/525 out of my Omni in about 10 mins after I hooked the hoist to it. When I did the clutch in my Z I left the 555 in the car and pulled the motor out the top. Again only about 10 mins to get it out the car. In both cases I remove the front motor mount completely, and in the case of the Z I removed the rear bobble strut and bracket altogether. For the L-body I removed the radiatior, and on both I took off the crank pulley, it likes to hit the framerail. An engine leveler makes it a lot easier as you can change the angle of the motor so the pressure plate clears the bellhousing. When going back in I find a floor jack under the trans makes it MUCH easier to line up the trans witht he motor
