Tranquillity is keeping the peace
It's possible on any turbo dodge. I did it on my 86 Turbo Z. Same setup as you. Looked a little silly with no intercooler but still doable.

How? Did you reconfigure the throttle-body arrangement? A stock 2.2T1 with draw through placed TB can not physically make use of a bov...

As for 89+ 2.5T1's, they are blow-through so a bov or bypass will work there.
