i am just wondering if my turbo is dead i havent pulled it off so not sure. replaced the head and it went lower compression i dont think that would have anything to do with it, there are only 4 vacuum lines in the car. wastegate, map, fpr, brake booster. i deleted all solonoids could this be a problem 2? any ways tryin to figure it out any help would be appreciated.
also doing boost leak test showed the waste gate actuator rod moving if that means anything.

is it a TI? If it is, I would check the actuator arm and see if it is connected to the swingvalve. Just put your hand behind the intake and go down a little and you should be able to feel a little metal rod, if its just sitting there not connected to anything, you have a problem.

Ditto. Ive seen that alot of times!!! its kind of weird when you connect it properly and then drive the car with boost when you havent ever felt boost before. (drove the car for a year)
