I got a turbo here with the water line connection busted off. I've tried an ''easy out'', but it's in there good. Any idea's on how to take this out short of drilling and re-tapping?
Can I try heating it up with a torch or will that hurt the bearings or seals?

It shouldn't hurt the bearings or seals, think of how much hotter the turbo gets than a torch will get. Are you using a good penetrating oil? I may have another solution if that doesn't work, but you may have to retap the hole when you're done.

I'm in the same boat you're in except with a swingvalve bolt. I was drilling it out and I got an easy-out in there with a good bite, now the easy out is snapped off in there too I am just drilling and re-tapping. (the way the swingvalve bolt was drilling out in the first place, I should have done that to start!)
