What do you mean?

Does it smoke or get boost?

Need more info.

Was it boosting more than that before?

Do you hear any pinging or scraping?

Is there smoke when you drive it or boost?

Any distinctive sounds coming out of it?

Heres an idea, take off the intake hose going to the turbo check inside with your hand and see if there is shaft play. (when its cold of course)
